A senior IT Consultant / Project Manager, with 25+ years experience of implementing projects in professional services / law firms (as IT Director) and blue chip companies.
Andrew has a rare mix of skills combining exceptional technical knowledge with a desire to understand the business and an ability to communicate to all levels and disciplines.

Specialist areas include:
- Management information reporting, data warehouse, KPI reporting etc. - by consolidating multiple data sources, finding the most suitable techniques for presentation and analysis; also making the presentation of MI easy to access for non technical people.
- Helping to make use of
Microsoft "Power Automate" and "Power Apps"
- both part of the Microsoft 365 suite of tools that most professional service firms don't yet use - to add intelligent automation to legal and management processes.
- Microsoft Power BI, another part of the Office 365 offering. This is a powerful and highly cost effective tool where IT, Accounts or other users can quickly build interactive reports showing the latest information and then publish them to Management.
- Some solutions have been developed specifically for Peppermint and SOS practice management systems. Working also with Elite and Tikit.
- IT Health-checks, troubleshooting, restructure advice and management, to ensure effective performance, security, resilience and disaster recovery;
- IT Systems integration, where firms have disparate systems for practice, case, marketing, client relationship or HR management (which carry the risk of multiple databases and data input), Andrew introduces mechanisms to extract and analyse information across systems, to minimise duplicate input and to keep databases in sync.
- Integration of CRM and Practice Management systems - integrating databases to best effect when the decision is made to bring in a specialist CRM product. Working with Dynamics CRM and Peppermint CX.
- The technical side of getting to grips with existing client databases - Consolidation, analysis and developing solutions to make full use of their potential; for example, segmentation, and reporting to enable marketing, generate repeat business and support cross selling.
